  Patriots College Access Program (PCAP)Becker College Patriots College Access Program (PCAP)Becker College is proud to offer the Patriots College Access Program, a financial and academic assistance program established to serve American military veterans. PCAP is intended to provide sufficient financial aid for active duty veterans to meet the cost of full-time tuition and fees without having to take out loans. Reservists and National Guard personnel are also eligible for benefits under PCAP. As part of this program, Becker College will waive application fees for veterans and active duty military.
