Steve Hoar Named ECAC Northeast Coach of the Year

CENTERVILLE, Mass.- Steve Hoar was voted Coach of the Year after leading the Becker Hawks to a 12-12-2 record and the sixth seed in the playoffs in their first season as a member of the ECAC Northeast league. The award is voted on by the coaches of the league each year. more
Lady Hawks Season Ends vs. Amherst

BRIDGEWATER, Mass. – The Amherst College women’s basketball team had little trouble with Becker College as the Lord Jeffs advanced to the second round of the NCAA Division III Women’s Basketball Tournament with a convincing 78-32 victory this evening from the Tinsley Center in Bridgewater, Massachusetts.

Lady Hawks Win NAC Tournament; Punch Ticket to NCAA

Castleton VT-Becker College junior, Beth Pion dropped 18 points and hauled in 7 rebounds to lead the Hawks to a 60-41 win over second-seeded Maine Maritime in the North Atlantic Conference women’s basketball championship. With the win Becker earns their first-ever trip to the NCAA Division III National Tournament with an overall record of 18-10.more box score

POMFRET, CT- The Nichols College men's hockey team earned a 5-1 victory over Becker in the ECAC Northeast Quarterfinals on Saturday night at Jahn Rink. The Bison scored four goals in the final period to break a 1-1 deadlock. more box score
